COMMUNITY ADVISORY COUNCIL TO FLINT HILLS RESOURCES PINE BEND REFINERY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 7 NEW MEMBERS Applicants from Apple Valley, Rosemount, Inver Grove Heights, Eagan and Nininger and Vermillion Townships will be given first preference in the selection process The Community Advisory Council (CAC) to Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend Refinery (FHR) CAC members are volunteers who live near the refinery who maintain open dialogue between the community and FHR. The CAC hosts meetings which are open to the public, gathers information on community and refinery topics, seeks expert knowledge on environmental, health and safety issues, and hears detailed comprehensive and highly-technical environmental and safety reports from FHR.
